To request a return, contact the Noriqeva™ customer-support email shown on our Contact Us page and provide your order number, the item you wish to return, the reason for the return, and photos or videos where relevant.
Please do not send returns to our business registration address unless specifically instructed to do so. Once an eligible return request is approved, our customer support team will provide the appropriate return warehouse address and return instructions.
For preference-based returns, the customer is responsible for applicable return shipping costs.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the product description, we will provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or return solution at no additional cost to the customer.
